About Aida Murtic

Aida Murtić holds MSc degree in Urban Development from Darmstadt University of Technology (Germany) and University Grenoble Alpes (France) and Diploma degree in Architecture from University in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).

She worked as an architect on a number of projects of post-war reconstruction and rehabilitation of cultural and historic heritage in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her present research interests include transcultural history of architecture and urbanism with a special focus on the Balkan region.
