2012: Awarded the "Semesterpreis Magister" for exceptional academic achievements in European Art History, granted by the Association in furtherance of European Art History at the Department of Art History (Heidelberg University)

2012: M.A. in European Art History, Philosophy and Psychology at Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg

Master's thesis: Art and Empathy. The re-evaluation of an aesthetic concept through the discovery of the mirror neuron system using the example of Jackson Pollock's "Number 32"
