RNZ publishes articles on Christiane Brosius‘ research project in Nepal

The daily newspaper Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung published two articles – "Heidelberger forschen in Nepal" and "Das Kulturerbe Nepals erfassen" – about HCTS professor Christiane Brosius, who recieved a grant of €775,000 by the British foundation ARCADIA. The grant is provided for Brosius‘ research project in Nepal which aims at the documentation of endangered historical sites. Over a test period of two years, 400 temples, monasteries, and other building types will be documented and inventoried. In Heidelberg, the project is a collaboration of the Heidelberg Centre for Transcultural Studies (HCTS) and the Heidelberg Academy of Science and Humanities.
